As a Westcan driver you'll enjoy:
Top Pay - Our drivers average 44¢ to 52¢ per mile (well above the industry average) including benefits, bonuses and vacation earnings. Plus, we pay for overtime, backhauls, cleanouts and layovers. In 2000, our full-time driving staff earned an average of over $50,000/yr.
Full Benefits - We offer dental, medical, health, vision and life insurance plans, short and long term disability and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
Flexibility - Our drivers can choose from a variety of schedules such as full-time, part-time and seasonal work. All of these include scheduled time off.
Profit Sharing - After each successful year, we share a portion of the company's profits with employees.
Deferred Profit Sharing Plan - After a waiting period, all of our full-time employees are automatically enrolled in our DPSP and start accumulating savings for their retirement.
Safety Bonuses - Safety comes first at Westcan. To prove it, we offer drivers who operate incident-free a bonus of up to 3% of their gross salary, payable each quarter.
Uniform Program - Westcan drivers receive $500 to purchase uniforms in their first year of employment and $250 each subsequent year.
